It is time to change how we understand and experience our mental health. Our mental health is not a static situation. We all experience the best and worst days as we go through life. Love and loss, the best and bad behaviour of others impact us all. So, with that in mind, this program was developed. It is based on ancient wisdom from many cultures that have been research-proven over the past 100 plus years in leading universities.
Imagine Yourself helps participants discover and learn how to:
Better understand their inner world of thoughts and feelings.
We use a very easy-to-understand model. It is colour-coded, numbered, and uses keywords to assist many learning preferences to understand, learn and retain for fast effective use.
Uncover how to better describe their inner world (Locus of control).
Gain key skills to use to help manage and shift their state of being.
Understand the three basic states of being we all should experience daily for the best outcomes.
Understand the three basic states of being we all visit that we should not get stuck in as they reduce our health and happiness Yes we all visit them Living in them is a very less than desirable state.
Gain key language to assist describe what they have, are, or wish to experience that reduces or eliminates judgment by self or others.
It is designed to be used for users aged 3 to 103. We've had it used by parents and professionals for 36 months old and in business, education and health care and in seniors residences.
The program helps the user with:
Focus and concentration.
People share that they find it easier to listen as well.
Relaxing and sleep.
We are told it helps with calming themselves, teachers tell us it helps in the classroom to reduce disruptive behaviour and either reduces or eliminates tests anxiety, parents share it makes homework time less of a struggle and bedtime easier.

Mental health training to help us all develop our capacity to thrive.
This program was conceived during Michael Ballard’s 7-year battle with 2 bouts of cancer and three fights for his life. Then use what he’d learn to assist his then 7-year-old daughter deal with a brain tumour and treatment. At the time he could not believe there was no skill-based programming to help us be challenged by life’s BIGStuff events.
The goal of the Imagine Yourself program is to assist people of all ages, children and family’s, students and schools, staff and organizations and communities gain the mastery to cope and thrive despite the overwhelming issues we all face in life.
The program includes easy to understand model using:
Colour, numbers, and language to assist with learning, retention and use.
Mindset and language to assist, reduce, eliminate judgment, and assist with healthy engagement with self and others.
Key skills to assist participants to develop the ability to keep or change their state of being.
ie. To reduce test anxiety, a trip to the dentist, dealing with the stress and trauma due to the loss of a loved one, a change in health status and all of the other issues life can bring us.

The organization consults with government, corporate, education, not-for-profit and health care clients interested in
building resilient individuals, organizations and communities. They have done work from Bermuda to Singapore and coast to coast to coast in North America.

learned during his seven-year journey through three major fights to live and dealing with two chronic health issues. This taught him that mindset, skills and engagement with others always lead to healthier options and outcomes.
Michael has shared the platform with such notables as Ken Blanchard, author of The One Minute Manager. His speaking and consulting engagements have seen him be a guest lecturer at IBM Canada, The Government of Singapore First Responders Group, Patient Education Night at Mount Sinai Hospital, and Friday at Four lecture series at the Dalhousie University.
With 100’s of interviews to date, Michael is very open to engaging with media to share his insightful and uplifting message of resilience.
